We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Heathcare Business Development Manager at Circular Wave.
We’ve spent 4 years developing an industry-changing workforce management solution which has driven dramatic transformational changes at both our NHS and private clients. Having proven our technology, we are now expanding our business development team to drive new leads and sales.
We’re looking for an experienced Healthcare Business Development Manager at Circular Wave, reporting into the CEO. You’ll be forging relationships with NHS Trusts and private health organisations nationwide. You’ll take responsibility for marketing and executinging sales. The position will be based at our Victoria office with field-based activities. You’ll manage our expansion, securing leads in targeted health organisations.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, manage and execute the sales pipeline
- Work with CEO and CTO to define and iterate the growth strategy
- Develop Circular Wave’s online and offline footprint to chosen target organisations
- Identify and secure opportunities to meet with current go-to-market focus
- Prepare and help to shape supporting materials i.e. marketing
- Optimise data-driven marketing campaigns and act upon them to determine best growth
- Manage budgets effectively
What you’ll need:
- Proven track record of completing sales to the UK public sector (ideally to NHS Trusts)
- Experience with creating and managing sales pipelines
- Experience with building networks and a brand
- Deep understanding of NHS Trusts and other healthcare organisations, and the issues facing them
- At least a working understanding of public sector procurement, e.g. frameworks
- Creativity and a willingness to change approach based on data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Remote working
Circular Wave believe in progressive working practises to accommodate everyone’s differering preferences and circumstances. We have a base in Victoria, London with a hot-desk office and group work spaces but all meetings are able to be participated remotely via video conference. Travel to client sites may be required and will be reimbursed.
