5 great reasons to send a Message

Our Messaging service is here and we have captured 5 great reasons to communicate better with your staff

1. You need to get that shift filled by your trusted go-to!

Last minute vacancies cause a lot of stress! Use our messaging system to send a personal message to a candidate without having to switch systems. With the ‘seen’ receipt, you can be sure your message has been read by the recipient. No need for multiple messages or follow up calls or emails!

Managers can send individual or broadcasted messages to staff and staff groups.

2. Sending out up-to-date ward information in a group message to the whole team

There’s a ward or clinic issue that your staff should be aware of ahead of tomorrow’s shift! Send a group message to all those needed to make sure they are all aware. Now you have a group chat to send any bulletins or discuss any internal matter with them all!

3. Thanking staff after a great shift

You know it was a big effort today from your staff, encourage and motivate them with an uplifting message! Staff morale is so important and feeling valued in your team should never be underestimated.

4. Reminding people to get those documents submitted

There’s a new document to get signed and the deadline is fast approaching! Send a gentle reminder to all applicable staff, and maybe point out that the form is available at Reception!

5. Asking someone if they need a coffee or a chat

Notice a change in a person’s mood in relation to the work? Reach out for a chat! Staff have all had an incredibly challenging year and it may be affecting some more than others, open communication and a nudge towards available support services might make all the difference!

Feel free to mention any other great reasons you have to send messages and enjoy the new feature!
